What separates your listing from others?
If you are not getting the traffic you would like to the restaurant opportunity(s) you posted than hang in there. This is a two way street and we are working extremely hard to increase the traffic to the site of qualified buyers and tenants. You can help by making sure your listings are current and feature rich.
Remember, it’s the benefits that prospects are most interested in – not the features.
Try thinking about the following when writing your listing copy.
Feature: Benefit
Feature:350 seats - Benefit Statement: This 350 seat restaurant can finally achieve the sales you want by not limiting your sales.
Feature: Open since 1966 -Benefit Statement: Opened in 1966, the goodwill this restaurant has created is ready to be picked up with the energy of a new owner. Quick increases in sales can be expected when the word goes out – but you will only pay now the existing sales.
Feature: Owner Retiring -Benefit Statement: Owner retiring but will train the right buyer. Ask about an “Earn Out” of price based on future guarantees of sales.
