Best Ways to List a Restaurant Opportunity at RestaurantBizOps.com
( Standard listings are free - but you can try our Featured listings section for $29.95 per month with a money back guaranteee)

1.) We still have "free" model where your listing(s) can appear in the Standard Listings section beneath the Featured Listings section. You also have the option of funding your account for an investment of $29.95 per month. All your listings will then appear in the Featured section. This is a super advertising value. Login to your account at www.RestaurantBizOps.com and click on "Add Funds" under your "My Listings". Add a minimum of $29.95 to your account - which is your total monthly investment for any number of listings. (Inclusive of all 2 of your listings .) As an aside, remember under our current promotion you get a 10% bonus of funding for any sums you deposit of $100.00 or more. You can even cancel any time and receive a credit for the sums remaining in your account.

2.) The headline of your listings need to be enticing. Don't use "code numbers" in the heading of the listing as example. Make sure each header has a unique text and when a contact form comes through match on the unique text, not a code number. ( You may even be able to set a "rule" with your e-mail to forward the leads with a unique heading to a subfolder in your e-mail system with that listing's code number. ) Check out:

where I have provided some free help in writing ads.

3.) Put your contact information in the body of the listing under the "Contact Information" section. ( Try to make the contact information direct to the listing agent if this works with your business model. ) In any event, give people multiple choices in contacting you.

4.) Make sure you are using more than the first sub-header. All three subheader names can be edited to what you prefer in the process of entering a listing - and then write copy to match the subheader descriptions you want to display.

5.) Enter more parameters such as asking price, buyers discretionary cash flow, square footage, and size of market, etc. The flyer looks better and people will be able to find you easier. ( Enter the city such as Memphis" in the city field, versus Near Memphis, or Memphis (near). "City" is an exact match. In the body of the listing mention "Near Memphis" to clarify..

6.) Put the listing agent's name, phone number, and e-mail address in the "Contact Information" section of the listing. Do not depend on the form submittal.

7.) Have your listing agent's provide photo(s) and then post up to three photos for each listing.

8.) If you don't have a photo(s), still post some kind of (unique to each listing) generic restaurant related type photos such as generic menu items. That way all your listings will have some kind of photo.

9.) By doing the above I predict you will dramatically increase your number of listing being opened up and the leads that result - but by going to each listing in Account Management and entering a dime or more at the top where it says "Current Featured Listing Ranking Bid" all your listings will not only be in the Featured section, but ALSO will be ranked at the top of this section. With the right "bid" you can be listed first every time your listing(s) is displayed in the Featured section. Your account will be debited an extra dime ( or the amount of your bid ) - but ONLY if the listing header is clicked on. I can't imagine this not making sense for your Return on Investment (ROI).
