under the column heading “Edit Listing”. Each listing has a field
for “Current Featured Listing Ranking Bid” at the top. Set your
bid, based on reviewing other bids from your search, and then re-search. Your
listing will now be ranked first depending on your bid.
Your account will only be debited when a prospect actually clicks on your
listing header to learn more. Multiple clicks by the same prospect are screened
out.
Can I cap my “pay for performance” listing(s)
bids?
Yes! Your account management permits you to set a cap on the monthly amount
you wish to invest for pay for performance clicks on the heading(s) of your
listings. Simply enter your monthly cap and you will never be charged more
than the monthly $29.95 Featured Account Holder status plus the cap you set
for your listing(s) to display at the top of the list in the Featured Listings
section. Once your monthly cap is reached your listings will convert to a
zero bid but remain in the Featured Listings section for the rest of the
month.
Can RestaurantBizOps.com directly contact prospects about my listing(s)?
Whether you have one listing as a principal business owner or landlord, or
100 listings as a large intermediary firm, we will e-mail to prospects directly
EACH of your listings as a stand alone e-mail offering to prospects who have
saved a search that specifies your listing. This is called “Push Technology”.

How do I search for a restaurant business or location?
Simply login to your account or create a new account by clicking on Free Registration
in the upper right account Login box on our home page. Once you are in your
account management area simply click on “New Search”. You can
then choose an Opportunity Type, an area you are looking in, etc. Save your
search.

Simply enter your e-mail address in the upper right area of our homepage where
it says Login and click on “Forgot Password”. Your password will

times people have “matched” on your listing with a search for
any time period you choose. Better yet you can see how many times your listing(s)
were “Opened up for Details”.
Is there any reason I shouldn't register, create an account, save a search,
or not list my opportunity?
As you would expect there is absolutely no reason for you not to at minium
take advantage of our free service. If fact, our philosophy is that you would
have to be crazy not to want to take advantage of this service.
If you don't want us to contact you that's ok. You have the right to "opt
out" of any mailings.
As a Seller or Landlord you have the option to screen buyers/tenants if you
